A good health coach doesn’t sell information, no matter how knowledgeable an individual is no one knows more than Dr. Google, so what makes us different? A good health coach doesn’t sell information, sells transformation. We are here to help you to transform your habits, to be a guide by your side in your journey. As we normally say, it’s not about the information it’s about what we do with the information. We have never had so much information available to us as we have now and yet most of us have very unhealthy habits. We are here to helping you to create new healthy habits that increase your performance and let go habits that no longer serve you and are depleting your energy.

The answer is normally simple: lack of consistency and accountability. We help you to define your goals and then the action steps that will drive you to your goals.

Accountability is key to any transformation and we like to held you accountable by showing up twice a month to discuss your progress, what worked for you, what didn’t work or what was a big challenge in your transformational jouneyr. By monitoring your action steps and showing up to the sessions you are building consistency and accountability in your habits. We understand the demands of the busy life, competing commitments and the feel of lack of time, all is taken in consideration when we help you to build your goals.

Yes!!! It will not work only if you don’t want it to work. It’s your choice. You are on the driver’s seat. Remember our behaviours are attempts to fix a problem.
How is health coaching different from a doctor, nutritionist, or a therapist?
A health coach is a guide by your side, normally a session takes around 45 minutes to 1h. We don’t tell you how you should live your life or give you a what to do list or what to eat or a pill that doesn’t fix the root cause of the problem. We work with you to understand what works and what doesn’t work for you to promote sustainable change. We understand that each person is unique, so are the solutions for you. Taking in consideration your bio-individuality and your own goals. In the end of the day its your life and no one should be telling you how you should be living it. You should be able to decide what’s good for you and be comfortable with those choices. There are no right or wrong decisions, there are only your decisions, we just facilitate them.
How long does it take for people to see a change in weight, stress levels, sleep, etc…
It depends on you to be honest, and the way you embrace this transformational journey, some people like to go easy because change is hard and difficult, so they chose to go step by step, others want to go faster and adopt a more radical transformation approach. There is no right or wrong, this is your journey we just want you to feel comfortable and happy with your decisions. The only one you should compare to is with yourself, remember we are all unique so are our answers.
